ERV-Rubber expansion joint Type 1 Construction type BR

With its seamless BR/NR lining, the BR model of the HKS type 1 rubber expansion joint is suitable for abrasive media, such as slurries, solid/liquid mixtures and emulsions as well as dusty and powdery media (e.g. soot). It is also suitable for all types of water (non-oily) and various chemicals. Not suitable for mineral oil products.

  • (depending on operating pressure) -50 °C to 70 °C, up to 90 °C for short periods
  • Range of movement: 100% at 50 °C, 80% at 70 °C
