The HKS Type 1 rubber expansion joints in construction types BR, CR, G, G LT, GR, GS, GS HNBR, OR, R, RS, V and W can be supplied in nominal widths from DN25 to a maximum of DN1000. Various certifications are available for these rubber expansion joint types, such as DVGW, TÜV, BWB, ABS, USCG, BV, LR, GL, USSR Register of Shipping, DNV and RINA.
The HKS Type 2 rubber expansion joints in construction types CR, G, GR, R and RS can be supplied in nominal widths from DN450 to DN3200. These rubber expansion joints are individually designed and supplied without certification to meet customer requirements regarding the pressure level.
The HKS Type 3 rubber expansion joints in construction types HZB, HZG and HZR are manufactured with malleable iron or stainless steel screw fittings on both sides and can be supplied in nominal widths from DN20 to DN50. Some certifications from ACS and to meet DIN4809 are available for these rubber expansion joints.
